Projects you can try for yourself

Three examples of the kind of work we do, built so you can click around them. Each one is based on a real problem; the names and figures are made up, so clients' information stays private.

  1. Several systems, one dashboard
  2. A utilities portal
  3. Many spreadsheets into one

Power BI

Your CRM, a spreadsheet and your accounts, on one dashboard.

Most businesses keep their figures in several places: deals in a CRM, work in a spreadsheet, invoices in accounts software. Each tells part of the story. A BI dashboard reads all three, joins them up by customer and shows things none of them can on their own, such as a customer with a big new quote and an unpaid invoice.

Client portals

A utilities portal for construction projects.

Based on a portal we built for a large construction company. Every diversion, disconnection and new supply with the relevant statutory authority is tracked project by project, so site teams can see the status of each scope, what's waiting on a quote and what needs chasing, without phoning the office.

Spreadsheets

Thousands of rows across three files, distilled into one sheet.

Each branch kept its own sales workbook, the website exported its own file, and every one named products differently. Getting a company total meant hours of copying, renaming and hoping nothing was missed. We matched the products up once and built a single summary sheet that reads all three, so the total is always complete and always right.
